About

Hi again! My name is Lorenzo Jagessar

I'm an User experience Designer born in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands, currently living in The Hague, and I'm 27 years old.

From a young age, I've been drawn to the digital world, particularly in the areas of UX/UI, graphic, and game design. Websites centered around games have always captivated me due to their spectacular visual appeal.

I chose the Communication & Multimedia Design program to bring my passions to life. Throughout my studies, I've learned a lot, and now I'm determined to explore different facets of design.

My journey has taught me valuable lessons, such as the understanding that multiple solutions exist for every problem and the importance of thinking outside the box, rather than sticking to the first idea that comes to mind. I now grasp the significance of designing specifically for a target audience and the essential nature of effective teamwork.

I'm always eager to embrace new learning opportunities and continuously improve my skills, regardless of where I find myself. I draw inspiration from games, my surroundings, and the people around me. Each time I discover new insights, I strive to apply them to my future designs.

Action shots at work

Below Below, you'll find shots captured during my journey while working on the "Care Party" project.

I had scheduled a session with the client to collaboratively create a product vision board. The aim was to collectively define the vision for the product.

During this phase, I collaborated with my team on affinity diagramming, where we clustered the cards based on similarities to uncover the underlying user needs.

After the concept phase, I scheduled a session with the client and her stakeholders to present the concepts. During this session, I was explaining one of the concepts in detail, highlighting its key features and benefits.

I organized a demo for the second sprint of the project, where I presented our product and discussed the upcoming steps in our journey. It was an engaging session with a substantial audience of nearly 40 people.
